Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to tkp228 is restricted. You may only register and maintain an account if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person and a resident of Indonesia.
• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the duration of your membership.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law in a manner that would render your use of the Platform illegal.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously had a tkp228 account closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.
• You do not have any existing self-exclusion agreement in place with tkp228 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of tkp228 or any Game Provider whose games are available on the Platform.

Account Registration

To use the full range of tkp228 services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Each Member is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tkp228 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

• Account registration requires a valid mobile number registered in Indonesia.
• You must provide an accurate date of birth; providing a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement is a criminal misrepresentation.
• tkp228 may, at its discretion, decline a registration application without providing a reason.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual under any circumstances.
• tkp228 reserves the right to close dormant accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months, following 30 days' written notice to the Member's registered contact details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tkp228 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tkp228 does not accept foreign-currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion on the Platform.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Accepted deposit channels include local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Deposit processing times are typically instantaneous for e-wallets and between 1 and 5 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours. tkp228 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours (06:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next processing window.
• tkp228 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests above Rp 10.000.000 per transaction will routinely require identity verification.
• Funds derived from active bonuses remain subject to applicable wagering requirements until those requirements are fully met. Only cleared real-money funds are eligible for immediate withdrawal.
• tkp228 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Prohibited Conduct, or pending KYC verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are governed by the following general principles, supplemented by any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Opt-in requirement: Most bonuses require explicit opt-in before a qualifying deposit is made. Retroactive bonus claims will not be accepted.
• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days).
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of bet value; live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Maximum bet rule: While an active bonus is held in your account, the maximum permitted single bet is Rp 200.000 or 10% of the bonus amount (whichever is higher) unless the promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Withdrawal cap: Some promotions impose a maximum withdrawal amount on winnings generated from bonus funds. This cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per event: Members may not stack multiple bonuses from the same promotional campaign. Only one welcome bonus is available per registered member.
• Abuse prevention: tkp228 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or exploiting technical errors.

tkp228 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform with reasonable notice where practicable.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the tkp228 sportsbook and all wagers in the casino and togel sections are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until a confirmation message is displayed on screen and a reference number is issued. tkp228 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Odds changes: Sportsbook odds may change between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed. If odds change materially during submission, the Member will be notified and given the option to confirm at the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Mix parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator/parlay) bets are settled based on the combined outcome of all selected legs. If one or more legs are void, the bet is recalculated excluding the void selection(s) at odds of 1.00 for that leg.
• Manifest errors: tkp228 reserves the right to void and refund any bet accepted at clearly erroneous odds or on an event with an obvious data feed error, regardless of whether the result is already known.
• Void markets: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without being rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's wallet.
• Casino game integrity: Casino games are powered by certified RNG technology. tkp228 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Togel draws: Togel results are derived from the official draw outcomes of the relevant lottery operator (e.g., Singapore Pools). tkp228 publishes results within minutes of the official draw announcement. In the event of a discrepancy between tkp228's posted result and the official operator result, the official operator result prevails.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkp228 Platform. Engagement in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all wallet balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one account, directly or through proxies, family members, or third parties.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between tkp228 odds and other platforms to generate guaranteed profit with no genuine sporting interest in the outcome.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform as a conduit for laundering proceeds of crime or any other illicit financial activity. tkp228 cooperates fully with any investigation by competent authorities.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating bank chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for betting, or otherwise attempting to receive both a refund and a gaming payout for the same deposit.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or providing forged documents during KYC verification.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the Platform's systems, databases, or software, including through SQL injection, cross-site scripting, or denial-of-service attacks.

KYC & Verification

tkp228 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering best practices. Verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or following a change in account details.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Platform software.

Unauthorised use of any Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkp228 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or government actions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by certified RNG variation — RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed per-session returns.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, tkp228's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your deposits made to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Member's account and the associated agreement at any time:

• By you: You may close your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Any real-money wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and these Terms.
• By tkp228: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or if we are required to do so by law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, tkp228 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, the entire wallet balance, including both deposited funds and winnings, may be forfeited.

Upon termination initiated by the Member in good standing, all accrued real-money funds will be returned within 5 business days after KYC clearance, if applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

tkp228 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. By accepting these Terms, Indonesian members acknowledge that they are using the Platform voluntarily and on their own initiative, and that they are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

Amendments

tkp228 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Members via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, via the contact details registered to the Member's account.

The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the revised terms take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to listed payment method names — may be made without advance notice. Only amendments that materially affect Member rights or obligations will be subject to the notification procedure described above.
